Not in our name
\nwill you wage endless<\/a> war
\nthere can be no more deaths<\/a>
\nno more transfusions<\/a>
\nof blood<\/a> for oil<\/a> <\/p>\n

Not in our name
\nwill you<\/a> invade<\/a> countries
\nbomb civilians, kill more children<\/a>
\nletting history take its course
\nover the graves<\/a> of the nameless<\/a><\/p>\n

Not in our name
\nwill you<\/a> erode the very<\/a> freedoms
\nyou<\/a> have claimed<\/a> to fight<\/a> for <\/p>\n

Not by our hands
\nwill we supply weapons<\/a> and funding
\nfor the annihilation of families
\non foreign soil <\/p>\n

Not by our mouths
\nwill we let fear silence<\/a> us<\/p>\n

Not by our hearts
\nwill we allow whole peoples
\nor countries<\/a> to be deemed evil<\/a><\/p>\n

Not by our will
\nand Not in our name <\/p>\n

We pledge<\/a> resistance<\/a><\/p>\n

We pledge alliance with those
\nwho have come under attack<\/a>
\nfor voicing<\/a> opposition<\/a> to the war<\/a>
\nor for their religion or ethnicity <\/p>\n

We pledge to make common cause
\nwith the people of the world
\nto bring about justice,
\nfreedom and peace <\/p>\n

Another world is possible
