Watching Unemployment Rates
Posted on January 15, 2012 in Political Cartoons
200,000 jobs were added to the economy in December. Here’s a look at the oscillating unemployment rates coded by the residing president’s party affiliation starting in 1989. Interesting patterns.
What pattern? there isn’t one. Unemploment was low during Clinton because of the Internet boom and then skyrocketed when the bubble burst. Under Bush unemployment went down a lot due to the housing & finance bubble among other things and then skyrocketed when that burst. Obama hasn’t done much to help either.
Who told you that sampling 4 pieces of evidence, with tons of outside influences, constitutes a pattern?
