Today marks the 50th anniversary of the 200,000-person deep march to the nation’s capital in demand for truly meaningful–and above all, equal–protection under the law. Much has been accomplished since then, but there’s still more work to do. Below is Martin Luther King’s famous “I have a dream” speech, spoken half a century ago today.
